Whoever said, "life is a gift" was really on to something, but he or she neglected to mention that there is some assembly required. It's normal to feel anxious, hopeless, depressed or stuck sometimes - everyone does at least occasionally. Whether you're experiencing challenges with your relationships, career, struggling to cope with fertility issues, life transitions, or the loss of a loved one, I offer a safe and supportive environment in which to explore thoughts and feelings. My approach is collaborative - we will work together to design a therapeutic strategy that works for you.
