Sometimes life presents us with challenges that may seem insurmountable. You may feel that you cannot resolve these challenges on your own. I can help you put things in perspective and address the underlying issues that may be contributing factors.

Some life transitions that people experience difficulty with are:

  • painful break-up or divorce
  • building better relationships with existing partners
  • grieving a recent or unresolved loss

  • miscarriage or pregnancy loss
  • post partum depression
  • challenges with parenting
